Role Overview
The HUMINT Analyst role requires a combination of intelligence research skills, business understanding, and interpersonal communication skills.
The Analyst will support complex international projects by identifying, gaining access to, and interacting with individuals and organizations and their stakeholders worldwide to understand their motivations, with discretion, creativity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on people, companies, industries, and markets.
Build professional ties with international contacts.
Participate in meetings, conferences, or activity abroad when required.
Work closely with internal project teams.
Support planning and execution of sensitive projects.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Fluent English.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High level of professionalism, responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.
Advantages
Background in HUMINT-oriented or elite intelligence units, such as PMO, MM, IDI Research, Unit 504, or equivalent.
Experience in foreign relations, diplomacy, international business, or cross-cultural communications.
Proficiency in an additional foreign language.
BA degree in Law, Economics, Business, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
